About us

Bavarian Blooms is a small family-run business in Selb. We grow seasonal cut flowers ourselves – from sowing the seeds to cutting the flowers.

We recently moved to Selb to make our dream of having our own small flower farm a reality. 2026 is our year of building things up, and much of the farm is still taking shape step by step. That is why flowers from our own fields will only become available later this season. 2027 will be our first full season.

We like flowers the way they grow in the garden: varied, not all the same, and shaped by the weather and the seasons. That is why we do not offer a range that looks the same twelve months of the year. What is growing well in our beds at any given time determines what we can cut and what we can make from it.

Most of the work is done by hand. We use only organic fertilisers and completely avoid pesticides – including products that are permitted in organic farming.

The flowers are freshly cut for collection and tied on site into small bunches and bouquets. Collection is by prior appointment from us in Selb – we do not offer shipping. We are happy to take individual wishes into account, but we can only promise what is actually in bloom.
